  • Consistency is helpful, but there’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Some people find weekly or even daily sessions grounding, while others drop in as needed. Trust what feels right for your nervous system and lifestyle.

  • No, you cannot get stuck in Self-hypnosis. You are in full control of your experience at all times. If you need to end your session at any time, say the words “FULLY ALERT” out loud or in your mind and you will be fully aware and present.
